COVID-19 Antibody Testing

COVID-19 Antibody Testing: CURRENTLY  UNAVAILABLE

Due to high demand and limited test kits, COVID-19 Antibody Testing appointments are currently unavailable.

What is the IgM/IgG Rapid Test

This test detects past or present COVID-19 exposure by testing IgG and IgM antibodies through human serum, plasma, or whole blood in vitro. Results are available in as little as 10-15 minutes. The test we are utilizing is the Standard Q COVID-19 IgM/IgG* manufactured by SD Biosensor, Inc., a global bio-diagnostic company.

This rapid immunochromatography test is designed for the qualitative presumptive detection of specific IgM and IgG antibodies associated with the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). To aid in the detection of past or present COVID-19 exposure, the test detects both early marker and late marker, IgM/IgG antibodies in human finger-prick (capillary) or venous whole blood, serum, and plasma samples.

How will the test work?

The COVID-19 Antibody Test is a standard blood test that must be performed in-person at one of the Affiliated Dermatology offices in Gilbert, Scottsdale, Anthem, or Surprise.

  1. Collect blood/serum/plasma sample.
  2. Add sample to sample well.
  3. Place 2-3 drops of buffer in the sample well.
  4. Read results with 10-15 minutes.

How much will the test cost?

The COVID-19 Antibody Testing is available by cash pay only for $119.
