"Cualquiera que esté descontento con el aspecto de sus orejas porque el pendiente tira hacia abajo de la oreja, el lóbulo está estirado o alguien que tenga esas líneas y arrugas excesivas; o sus lóbulos parecen un poco planos o desinflados", dice Carmen Rayis.

El procedimiento dura sólo unos minutos y los resultados son casi inmediatos. Y lo que es mejor, el paciente con el que hablamos dice que no se siente nada.

"Nada comparado con que te inyecten en los labios o te perforen las orejas, pero no siento nada", dijo Rayis.

La exposición al sol y la edad provocan líneas y arrugas excesivas en los lóbulos de las orejas, y los pendientes pesados pueden provocar un alargamiento de la zona del piercing que hace que los pendientes se inclinen hacia delante.El relleno dura hasta un año. Los precios empiezan en $500 pero pueden variar porque diseñarán un plan específico para cada paciente.

[00:00:04] days but would you get Botox for your

[00:00:07] ears okay so as we get older some of our

[00:00:17] features may not look the way we'd like

[00:00:21] them to look yeah you can get a lot of

[00:00:23] things done to fix that it's pretty

[00:00:24] common for women to fight aging with

[00:00:26] Botox or other fillers and believe it or

[00:00:29] not this does include our earlobes I

[00:00:32] called I know it's called earlobe

[00:00:37] rejuvenation or a lobe lift and the

[00:00:39] folks that affiliated dermatology say

[00:00:41] they're actually getting quite a few

[00:00:42] people in every week to have this done

[00:00:45] anyone who is unhappy with the

[00:00:47] appearance of their ears either because

[00:00:49] the earring is pulling down on the ear

[00:00:52] the earlobe is stretched or someone who

[00:00:54] has those excessive wrinkles or lines or

[00:00:56] the earlobes look a little flat or

[00:00:58] deflated you can see the piercing side

[00:01:00] and it has been stretched so what I'm

[00:01:02] gonna do is go around that piercing site

[00:01:04] with a little bit of filler kind of

[00:01:06] create some volume okay so this

[00:01:08] procedure takes just a few minutes and

[00:01:10] the results are almost immediate even

[00:01:12] better the patient we talked with says

[00:01:14] you really don't even feel anything

[00:01:16] nothing compared to like having your

[00:01:18] ears pierced or nothing compared with

[00:01:20] having your lips injected as you should

[00:01:23] or your ears pierced but I don't feel a

[00:01:25] thing she should feel the gentle flow of

[00:01:27] the filler and it shouldn't be

[00:01:29] uncomfortable

[00:01:31] you don't feel that all right she says

[00:01:34] sudden exposure and age can cause

[00:01:36] excessive lines and wrinkles in our

[00:01:39] earlobes heavy earrings you know a lot

[00:01:40] of people wore those in the 80s that can

[00:01:43] lead to an elongated piercing sight and

[00:01:45] then the earrings will tip forward they

[00:01:46] don't stay the way you want them to stay

[00:01:48] the filler lasts up to a year is a

[00:01:50] little pricey it starts at $500 starts

[00:01:52] at $500 they design and plan

[00:01:54] specifically for you so it could go up

[00:01:56] from there so something to consider if

[00:01:58] you have you know she said her earrings

[00:02:01] just kept falling forward so she wanted

[00:02:02] to have this done so if you're not doing

[00:02:04] it for the hold piercing what else would

[00:02:08] you be using cosmetic reasons just if

[00:02:10] your if your ears if you were having

[00:02:12] fillers done in other places and you

[00:02:15] feel like your ears don't match

[00:02:16] necessarily if they've had that sun

[00:02:18] exposure those wrinkles and you wanted

[00:02:19] to look better this is an option for ya

[00:02:21] if you don't like your wrinkled ears you

[00:02:24] can straight there's a fix for that
