Marianne is the Director of Human Resources and oversees the People & Development Team at Affiliated Dermatology®. As the Director of HR, Marianne is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for the full scope of human resources functions as well as developing and pursuing a vision for the company’s human capital management programs.
Since 2009, Marianne has served in many capacities for the organization, including front office receptionist, patient care coordinator, and credentialing administrator before discovering her passion for Human Resources in 2016. She was instrumental in creating and implementing the HR department for the organization and workforce.
Marianne earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management at Grand Canyon University in April 2021. In February 2020, she has obtained her SHRM-CP certification through the Society of Human Resource Management, of which she is also a member. Additionally, Marianne earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification through HRCI in August 2021. She also holds two certificates, in business management and human resources management, through Phoenix College.
When she’s not in the office, Marianne can be found camping with her family, spending days at the lake and pool, or reading a good book!
