Membership Terms:
The subscription term is either six (6) months or one (1) year, commencing on the effective date and ending six months or one year after that,
unless terminated earlier per the Agreement. Free monthly services do not roll over. Discounts can not be applied to any other promotions or deals.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee.
Membership Renewal:
Unless the Subscriber or Provider provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term,
this Agreement shall automatically be renewed for subsequent terms.
